I’m Nicola and I help people find a way forward. I’m based in Hamilton, Lanarkshire. With a background in mental health nursing and a MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I’ve spent years supporting people to break free from unhelpful patterns and feel more in control of their lives.
